Dear Customers

Over the past few months there has been an increasing number of customers booking appointments and not attending without any notification.

I understand that on occasions there is a valid reason for a customer to cancel their appointment and I appreciate and thank those customers who take the time to contact the salon and let me know.

This then allows me to contact other customers who are waiting to book their dog/cat in.

Unfortunately this has left me with no choice but to charge non attending customers who don’t let me know by either a telephone call, email or message a missed appointment fee of £15, this will come into effect immediately and I will be contacting those customers to arrange payment before booking a new appointment.
